Shipping Terms
Shipping times: We ship our products with DHL. DHL packages do not have a guaranteed delivery time. Even if the standard delivery time within Germany is usually a few days, it can take a little longer in individual cases for a package to arrive. Shipping to other countries takes an average of one week, but here too there may be longer shipping times.
Currently, we can only ship orders to the following countries. Depending on the country the order is shipped to, the shipping costs given below apply.
